Feeling down? Low Energy?

Really the answer for this is different for everyone, but you can start to change this feeling with something as simple and getting up and doing a bit of energy work called EFT. It's a type of waking up the body through tapping out and squeezing your body all over. If you are feeling low in energy this will awaken your senses and help you feel ready for taking on more. If you are feeling down or high anxiety, it will help with that too. I do this technique before a workout to get my body ready. I also do this when I'm at the desk on the computer for too long. It really makes me feel revived and takes the tension out of my body. My body totally loves how it feels. That's a fact! LOL!
