youve chosen a few songs or none at all yet)
Learn a numerous dance moves, some styling, form
and musicality

Note: We recommend 5-7 dance lessons and attending one
lesson per week. We realize many people have tight
schedules these days, so if you need to have two sessions
at once, we can do that too (will minimize your visits).
We will also accommodate last minute requests and can
work with you in as little as 3 days before your Wedding.
Dance Tips of the Month:
* Wear Shoes with leather sole and no rubber to more
easily be able to move along the dance floor. Rubber
soles or anything of the sort can stick when moving and
thus cause injury to your knees or back.
* Practice 5 minutes a day to get the most out of your
dance lessons. Yes!!! Only 5 minutes a day can actually
help you retain and learn faster and better.
* Before going to sleep, when on the metro to work or
back, on a plane, when sun tanning, etc, just take a few
minutes to think of what you learned and then watch
yourself dancing it. Visualization is amazing stuff and
really does work. Try it! You will be impressed!!
* Make sure you drink lots of water. Dancing is an
exercise and especially for those whom are not used to
exercising regularly may feel the physical affects of
dancing. Your body will let you know, but either way, you
should always bring a water bottle with you to class.
* Take notes: bring a little notebook to write down names
of steps or key reminders to help you remember what you
need to work on most.
